Shipping

Our goods are shipped from within the U.S. We are not yet able to offer global shipping but we are working to bring our products to your doorstep!

A tracking number will be provided via email for all U.S. orders. Processing time for orders is 5-7 business days, after which, delivery can be expected within 5-7 business days following an email confirmation for your order.

If Chakka Origins receives no communications from you within 10 days of delivery, regarding any problems with goods, you are deemed to have received your goods in full working order and with no issues. If goods have not been received within 10 working days, please contact us at hello@chakkaorigins.com as soon as possible. 


Returns

All sales are final and returns are not accepted at this time as we are a small business. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Damaged Items

Due to the delicate nature of our goods, oils can sometimes arrive damaged if improperly handled while in transit to you. In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, please photograph and document the incident within three (3) days of receipt. Submit photos of item damage/defect and full packaging via email to hello@chakkaorigins.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
